Forming Process-Cast We all know that  there are many types of processing methods to make the same machine parts. But How to choose a better way to ensure good machinery property and get lower cost in the same time? Casting- as one of the forming process type, is usually to use to produce complex shape parts.There are two mainly casting way we offer here: A-Sand casting for grey cast-iron and ductile cast-iron:weight up to 330 pounds B-Investment casting(Lost wax),silica sol casting,water-glass casting for carbon steel and steel alloy:weight up to 330 pound. Casting Material:  ASTM WCB,LCB,low carbon steel and alloy steel, cast iron, ductile iron,aluminum.etc Please noticed that we are machining shop in fact, just like we finishing machining casting blank to get final parts for casting foundry,We also can be a trading factory to get finished parts for your requests, be your one-stop machine shop to come up with foundry,to arrangement surface treatment,to delivery&export.   Forging Process To get specified profile as customer's drawing show, Different types of parts of different materials with  particular mechanical property, the manufacturer will choose different forming process like precision castings, hot forgings and others. Also, the forging parts'  mechanical properties superior than casting one. and it cost lower price. For about forging process, We offer : >Hot forging >Cold Forging >Free forging >Die forging For different precision parts. Processing scope from 0.05Kg to 49Kg.
