This machine is DW Series a continuous-flow Single-Layer Mesh Belt Dryer are continuous cross-flow drying equipments which is for large scale production of low drying rate materials. DW Single Layer Belt Dryer is designed with a compact structure that required small installation area.
The raw material can be spread on the conveyor belt through suitable mechanism such as star distributor, vibrating belt, grinder or granulator. The conveyor belt will pass the channel that consist one or several drying units. Each drying unit is equipped with air heating and circulating system, and each drying unit has one or several dehumidification system. The hot air will move up and down when the conveyor belt passes though., used for the drying of sheets, strips, and granular materials with good air permeability. For dehydrated vegetables, Chinese Herbal Pieces and other types of materials with high moisture content, and the temperature is not allowed to be high. Particularly suitable; this series of drying machine has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation strength and good product quality. Working principle

Material is evenly laid on the mesh belt by a feeder. The mesh belt generally adopts a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh and is moved by a transmission device to move in the dryer. The dryer consists of several units. Each unit has its hot air circulates independently. Part of the exhaust air is discharged by a special dehumidifying fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot gas from the bottom up or from top to bottom passes through the mesh belts covered with materials to complete the heat and The process of mass transfer takes away material moisture. The mesh belt moves slowly, the operating speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature, and the dried product continuously falls into the receiver. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to the needs of users, and the number of units can also be selected according to the needs.
